When heated in a saucepan until melted, it allows easy molding and the addition of spices to taste, creating unique shapes. One of its great advantages is its ability to reach higher temperatures without darkening, making it the perfect choice for recipes that seek a crystalline finish. In addition, it can be used as a direct replacement for sugar in many preparations.
Indicative doses
2-20g/L. It is usually used alone as the only ingredient.
How to use
Melt at 120ºC. Let it cool down to 70-80ºC and work with it to shape our decorations.
It is recommended to handle with gloves.
