It can be used for confectionery preparations such as cookies or similar, meringues, nougat, savory pastries, snacks, nutritional bars, creams, desserts, breading preparations and dehydrated creams.
Dose
To obtain 1 kg of liquid egg white, add 1 part of powdered egg white (125 g) and 7 parts of water (875 g).
Recommended conditions of use
The product can be used as is or rehydrated. For best performance, mix with other powdered products before adding water.
