Apply directly with the spatula on the desired product; thanks to its creamy and fine texture it is not necessary to heat it. It has an excellent permanence on the piece and maintains a perfect shine and transparency during freezing.
Stir the glaze gently, avoid incorporating air bubbles. Apply on the product to be glazed. It can be flavored and colored.
