Applications:
Passion fruit pieces remain crisp in fatty media or in frozen or refrigerated conditions. They can be used in ice cream, fatty fillings, chocolates and as decoration in frozen or refrigerated pastries.

Cocoa butter, passion fruit crisp (28.5%) (apple puree concentrate and passion fruit concentrate), passion fruit powder (8.5%) (apple puree concentrate and passion fruit concentrate) and mango puree concentrate powder.
