How to use
Indicative doses
Usual: 30-300 g /L
o Ganache: 32 g
o Fat: 100 g
o Liquid: 300 g
Dissolving
Dissolve in a liquid above 70ºC.
Mix vigorously to facilitate dissolution.
Once dissolved in the liquid, it must stand for at least 2 hours below 5ºC to obtain its full functionality.
It is thermo-reversible between 35 and 40ºC.
