Applications:

The pieces maintain their structure in the oven (up to 180ºC). Preserves the organoleptic characteristics. They can be used inside doughs such as sponge cake, cookies, muffins, cheesecake, bread, chocolates, chocolates, bonbons, etc. or to accompany meats such as foie or red meats.
