Applications:
Decoration of savoury and sweet dishes or directly as a healthy snack. When used as an inclusion in chocolate recipes, chocolates, chocolates, biscuits and other low moisture applications, the fruit retains its crunchiness. In wet applications such as ice cream, desserts, muffins, the fruit is rehydrated to obtain a mellow texture.
