The tomato comes in large, thick, crunchy flakes that have a cooked tomato flavor and a sour taste.

Applications:

Product used to finish dishes either as decoration or as an inclusion. It has a crunchy texture that allows to give a different accent to dishes providing color and characteristic texture. It can be used in dry product mixes, as an inclusion in ice creams, etc. Especially suitable to give a pulpy and intense texture in sauces, soups, as topping for salads, special breads.

Necessary quantity (C.N.). Bear in mind that 1kg of product contains approximately 15kg of pulp (5º Brix).

Storage conditions

Shelf life of 36 months from the date of production of the raw material, under the specified storage conditions. Store in a hermetically sealed container, in a cool (4-18ºC), dry and dark place.

  • Tomato dehydrated by atomization. It preserves color, flavor and nutritional characteristics of the original tomato. Fine powder of intense red color
