Product obtained from spray-dried non-fat yoghurt.
It comes in the form of a fine white to yellowish powder. Intense smell and taste, typical of yoghurt. Easy to dose.

Applications:

Due to its characteristics, it is very suitable for recipes where there is strict humidity control and fresh yogurt cannot be used, such as in chocolates, truffles and different confectionery products. It is also of great interest for its contribution of color and flavor in sauces, ice creams, cakes, creams, foams and other pastry recipes.

Dose

Introduce 1 kg of product in 5 L of cold water. Beat with an electric mixer for 1 minute.

For dosage, keep in mind that 1 kg of this preparation is equivalent to 10 kg of fresh product.

Ingredients

Modified starch (E 1414), milk proteins, hydrogenated coconut vegetable fat, sugar, glucose syrup, acidulant: citric acid (E 330), flavorings, lactose, stabilizers (E 340ii, E 452i), emulsifier (E 471) and anti-caking agent (E 341iii).

Storage conditions

Shelf life of up to 24 and a half months from the date of production of the raw material, under the specified storage conditions. Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
